S-Economy for the future – whether you want it or not

S-Economy is based on 3 principles! – by Michel de Kemmeter @ Uhdr UniverseCity blog

1. The business-model has to serve common good

2. Value is to be measured and created on 7 levels (earth, material, processes, emotional, communication, knowledge, common good)

3. Business-model has to be systemic, meaning using resources of its ecosystem from stakeholders, answering their needs.

Why S for S-Economy ?

Pre-requisites:

Serve: your project should serve common good.

Satisfaction: everybody in and around your project should be happy and satisfied about it.

Stakeholder: your ecosystem is your stakeholders model – who are they , what assets do they have in abundance , what do they need ? Give and take…

Sensible: it should be meaningful, sensible, purposeful.

Sensitive: you should be feeling what’s going on around you, what agendas are alive, who wants what, what is the inner state of people around you, what are the signals coming from the environment important for your project.

Skill: develop yours on constant basis, learn everywhere and with everybody.

Say: communicate a lot, talk and aks questions, and learn to listen…

State-of-the-art: look for the best thinking, the best technology, the smartest models around on the planet.

Self (-esteem, -confidence, -conscious, -drive, -knowledge, -respecting): it all starts with you, how good you are connected to your talents and potential. Never stop developing yourself.
